Oslo City Hall is the seat of the City Council and City Government and was designed by the architects Arnstein Arneberg and Magnus Poulsson.

The project includes rehabilitation of facades, copper roofs and energy upgrading of windows.

“Oslo City Hall is an important, antiquarian signal building which requires long-term maintenance and now rehabilitation. After a thorough interaction phase with the builder, we now have planned to take care of a busy building in operation in an efficient manner”, says Eirik Wraal, EVP in AF Gruppen.

The works will start immediately with expected completion October 2025.
