AVIKO Pom' Noisettes
salt to taste
1 bunch of coriander
1 bunch of mint
2-3 cloves of garlic
¼ cup olive oil
a pinch of chili (optional)

1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the Pom' Noisettes on a baking tray lined with paper and bake for about 20 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, chopped coriander, mint and squeezed garlic. Place the baked Pom' Noisettes in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly and finally season with salt to taste.
