1 red onion
1 cup of cooked red lentils
1 bunch of parsley
1 pomegranate
⅓ cup of olive oil
salt to taste
½ teaspoon of mustard
juice of ½ -1 lemon
zest of ½ lemon
1 teaspoon of honey

Prepare AVIKO Pom' Noisettes according to the instruction given on the package.

Peel the pomegranate, chop the parsley and cut the red onion into thin strips. Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil with lemon juice, mustard, lemon zest and honey. Season everything with salt to taste.

Mix the baked Pom' Noisettes with lentils, onion strips, pomegranate seeds and chopped parsley. Mix everything with the dressing. Serve right away.
