The Bard College women's cross country team opened the 2023 season at the Vassar Season Opener on Friday evening.

Sophomore Sadie Torre paced the Raptors with an outstanding time of 13:20.2, establishing her new 3K personal best in cross country.

First-year Amaya Zebe-Herrera cracked 14:09.7 over 3K, crossing the finish line in 53rd place while junior Mayerli Collantes Cook shaved off a minute off her personal best and placed right behind Zebe-Herrera with a time of 14:30.9.

Bard returns to Vassar on Saturday, September 9, at 10 a.m. for the Vassar Invitational.
