Address printed on the backside of the box

I have found an address on the backside of the box of my newly purchased MacBook M2 Air. I just need to know what information I can gather from that address and why Apple included an address on the box. I have also attached an image of the box for reference. Please help

macOS frequently adding a number to the name of my computer I have a Mac Studio running Ventura and I keep getting a number added to the name of my computer. If I am sitting at the computer I notice I get the pop-up "There is another computer with the name" so I assume that is why the number is being added. I do not have another Mac Studio on the network. The Mac Studio does have both wired and wireless networks. Wired for speed and wireless for Airdrop which I use constantly. I am using eero as my network. I thought maybe it was rotating MAC addresses but this morning I woke to Mac Studio (7) where last night it was just Mac Studio. I checked the MAC address and they had not changed. I see a lot folks having this issue but no really solution. Any thoughts? Thanks.

One of Apples offices. Likely included for regulatory reasons. Apples Californianaddress is also listed.
