Syringa vulgaris ‘Beauty of Moscow’
Common Lilac. A small tree of strong, erect habit which has heart-shaped, mid-green leaves. From pink buds fragrant, double pink-flushed white flowers are borne in May or early June. Deciduous.
Grow in fertile, humus-rich, well-drained, neutral to alkaline soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 4m and a spread of 3m in 10 years.
