        Trailing herbs, rooting at nodes. Leaves digitately 3-foliolate; leaflets to 15 x 20 mm, obcordate, pubescent below; petiole 3-4 cm long, erect; stipule ovate. Flowers solitary or 2-3-together, on axillary erect peduncles; bracts and bracteoles similar, ovate; calyx 6 mm long, 5-lobed; upper two lobes connate; standard 13 x 13 mm, obovate, blue; wings 10 mm long, obovate, long-spurred at base; keel not spurred; stamens 9 + 1; ovary glabrous, many-ovuled. Pods 2 x 0.5 cm, oblong; seeds many, globose.
