Korean angelica gigas 5.25oz /150g 당귀 当归

Angelica  tea:

Add about 30g of dried angelica root to 2L of water and boil over medium heat for 30-40 minutes.

It is best to strain out the ingredients and consume it about 3 times a day. (A good combination is to add 7 to 8 jujubes(대추) or Cnidium (천궁 川芎)

. You can add honey to make it sweet, or add licorice to remove toxins.
