Some time ago I would have given them a 5 but I have to lower the score to 4 because for a few months now they have been sticking together two by two, remaining soft and more bland. I saw in a reply to the reviews that the recipe had to be changed temporarily. Thanks for any update.

This batch was made with fresh mashed potatoes. It is therefore quite understandable that you have noticed a difference.
Due to technical problems on our production line, we had to adapt the recipe for pommes noisettes. For production, we used fresh potatoes with a very low proportion of potato flakes, which consequently has an influence on the consistency of the potato mass. When forming and frying the hazelnuts, this mass may behave differently from a mass made solely of flakes, and the surfaces, texture and consistency may therefore also be slightly altered.
The original recipe contains only potato flakes. We were able to revert to the old recipe in late summer 2023. We assume that you have purchased a bag of the "intermediate solution". We'll be in touch privately. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team

Hello Rhyfalllforelle , thank you for your reply, however there is the emulsifier E471 in the ingredients. This can also be of animal origin. If you did not know this, then you know it now.

Yes, E471 can also be of animal origin. However, Migros (Migros own products) normally uses an E471 of vegetable origin (I think it is from soy) (information from previous contact with customer service). Hello simpleeffect, the product M-Classic Delicious Pommes Noisettes is vegetarian according to the recipe. However, it has not been certified as vegetarian and therefore does not carry a corresponding V-label on the packaging. This is to supplement the articles. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
