A "Hope Tree" is now on display for the holidays at "BODIES... The Exhibition" located inside the Luxor Hotel and Casino.

A spokesperson says the tree is meant to encourage guests to share messages of inspiration during what could be a difficult time for those experiencing loneliness or sadness.

Guests can donate $1 to receive a wooden ornament to write an encouraging message on and hang on the tree. Other visitors can read all of the messages.

Proceeds from the ornaments will go toward national suicide prevention charities.

"BODIES... The Exhibition" is open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. It showcases more than 275 real human bodies and specimens, along with information on mental health, fitness and nutrition, to serve as an educational attraction.
