VIDEO: 'Little Hercules' quits gym, rocks dad bod

Richard Sandrak, once known as "Little Hercules," made headlines when he was eight because of his massive muscles.

He was named the World's Strongest Boy at 11, but now, at 23 years old, he is rocking a hipster beard, ponytail and a bit of a dad bod.

"I don't lift weights anymore. If anything, it just got boring to me," Sandrak told Inside Edition.

He has found fulfilment in a new field, working as a stuntman at Universal Studios.
