Leila Rey Valencia arrived on Friday, Nov. 27 at 7:11 p.m., weighing in at 6 lbs., 7 oz and measuring 19 inches long. Baby girl is the first child for Reyes, 42, and her boyfriend, director George Valencia. The actress, who announced her pregnancy in June, confessed to being a bit nervous about impending motherhood. “I ve never been a baby person; babies always scared me,” she told Pregnancy magazine. “I ve always been afraid to drop them or hurt them.” That being said, Reyes has big plans for baby Leila. “I hope that she has perspective, a good sense of humor, patience, perseverance, and that she really just hangs in there to do what she s passionate about.
