People at Work is the solution to the needs of the corporate sector in relation to finding and managing collaborators to carry out either temporary or permanent jobs.
People at Work offers this solution in three different modalities:
- The first modality is specially designed for temporary positions that may sporadically come up within your company. We call this modality “doing your job for you”. Our very own staff, which is well trained in a broad spectrum of services, goes to your facilities in order to do that extra work for which you do not have available personnel.
- We call our second modality “working along with your staff”. Do you need support personnel in non-strategic areas in your company? People at Work hires and manages these collaborators for you and sends them to your facilities on a full time basis.
- Lastly, our third modality is thought out for those companies which do not actually have a Human Resource Department. We call this modality “working within your staff”. If your company is small and does not require a permanent full time Human Resource Department, People at Work takes care of your “Human Talent Management” as an outsourced service.
