Mentha suaveolens 'Variegata' popularly called "pineapple mint", due to its pineapple-like aroma. It is a fantastic variety for lemonades, ice creams, cocktails and culinary preparations, but just like the other types of mint it has many medicinal properties.

It resists the cold just like the traditional varieties and is considered pest-free, the specific smell and the essential oils it contains being a good repellent.
