Description
A smaller Betta with distinctive 'Red Wine' colouration which gives it the common name of Red Wine or Claret Betta. These tiny bubble-nesters are among the smallest of bettas; a pair or can be kept comfortably in a 10 gallon and a 5 gallon in more than sufficient for one alone. Likes very acidic, dark water but can be acclimated to more neutral conditions. These are all males.
