Fabulous! I bought a plant at the weekend after seeing it in your vase recently Cathy and also seeing it featured in a couple of gardening magazines. Are all those flowers from the one plant? Cant’ wait for mine to take off 🙂
I am glad you have found one Anna, and yes, it is just one plant! I just checked how long I have had mine: a small plant in a 9cm pot planted September 2014. The first year it was quite small and disappointing, but it has since got better and better! 🙂
Lovely graceful plant. Never seems to need staking. Your pic reminded me of the, now long gone, Ingwersens nursery near East Grinstead where I first saw this plant in full glory growing in the stock beds.

I agree Sarah. A graceful giant. It stands up to all the elements on the hot and top windy corner of my rockery!
Wow will have to see if they are in our parts. Love your poppy header mine have been gorgeous.
The poppies are always a wonderful splash of colour! 🙂
Yes and many varieties available in the states we are so spoiled
…and a moody sky.
Moody is the right word Lisa! But today the weather is finally calmer and a lot cooler after so many thunderstorms the past couple of weeks.
J & D > Wonderful photo.
Thank you! 🙂
What a beautiful photo, Cathy! It’s really special!
Thanks Debra! 🙂
It is certainly living up to its name now Cathy.
It is! It is enormous this year. 🙂
Cathy is a spectacular plant. Greetings from Margarita
Thanks Margarita. 🙂
That looks like my kind of plant!
I think it would look good in your front garden Jason!
Oh what a marvellous picture Cathy!
Thanks Cathy!
