Hanneline Røgeberg


Hanneline Røgeberg  (b. 1963, Oslo, Norway) lives and works in Oslo and Brooklyn, NY. She holds a BFA from San Francisco Art Institute and an MFA from Yale. Her work has been included in group and solo shows in institutions such as the Whitney Museum; the MIT List Center; The American Academy of Arts and Letters; the Aldrich Museum; Contemporary Art Center, Cincinnati; Vancouver Art Gallery, BC; and Henie-Onstad Kunstsenter, Norway.

Hanneline has received an NEA, a Guggenheim Fellowship, an Anonymous-Was-A-Woman and an OCA grant, among others. She is a professor at Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University and has previously taught at Cooper Union, Yale University, and was a visiting artist at Skowhegan in 2009.
