This projector ceiling mount can be rotated 360 degrees, and pitched and rolled in any direction. Max Tilt: +/- 80 degrees. The mounting plate is CNC machined for precise fitment and made from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. Unlike universal ceiling mounts, our projector ceiling mounts are specifically designed for your projector. This ensures proper hanging of the projector by utilizing minimal projector coverage as well as leaving adequate space for heat to escape. All the necessary hardware is included to install the ceiling mount onto your drywall ceiling or wooden beam and projector. Detailed instructions are also included for a quick and easy installation. This mount style sets the projector approximately 12 inches from the ceiling.

Verified Purchase
Does not work. One thin bolt in the post holds the weight and controls the swing of the projector. Epson 4010 projector is far too heavy for this bolt. Cannot tighten the bolt enough to hold the projector in place/prevent it from swinging. Plus bolt tolerance is too little and will likely shear over time, causing projector to fall to ground. Plate that mounts yo projector has six screws to affix to projector but post holding plate to ceiling has one very thin bolt carrying the weight. Weakest link will break l, design results in a wobbly, weak mount that sways because it will not tighten to a fixed position. Also plate mounting holes (to ceiling) are spread too far apart to mount into standard ceiling beam.

The pole is short. So to get the projector to hit the wall properly, (upside down, rear of room) you have to angle the pole. The nuts on the pole do not hold the weight of the projector when you tighten it. This needs a longer pole. Contact me.
