Born in Auxerre in 1961, Philippe Ramette began his studies at the art school of Mâcon then continued at the Villa Arson in Nice. His works are part of many public collections including those of the National Museum of Modern Art, the National Center of Plastic Arts, several Frac, including that of Burgundy, or the Mac/ Val de Vitry-sur-Seine. One of his sculptures is also visible in Dijon: Viewpoint is installed square des Ducs since 2020.
Many works are gathered at Interface. But this exhibition is also a place of experimentation where the drawings and photographs of the artist leave the frame to work on the wall. They mingle with the sculptures and interact with the public.
Exhibition to discover at Interface from 25 November 2023 to 27 January 2024

Interface
Interface is an associative art gallery apartment in the heart of Dijon. Supported by the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Interface exhibits and unveils, inside and outside the walls, young artists but also renowned artists. The association also carries out actions in favor of the young public: it accompanies artists in residence or the creation of workshops in schools.
