This seller responded so quickly to a message I sent asking if they could break up a larger batch of swabs for sale because I needed only two swabs. The seller was able to do this for me, and I promptly received the swabs. When they arrived, it looked like one had been contaminated inside its manufacturing packaging (not seller’s fault). When I notified the seller, they shipped a replacement the same day I sent the message about the problem. I would definitely be a patron of this seller again.

Contacted seller about a mix up between eBay/pay pal delivery. Said she’d try but she doesn’t have product. Someone delivered it personally from a local company. it’s an item that fits in a mailer envelope. My neighbor got it and says the package is a huge rectangle. Long side a foot or longer. you can’t return it because the senders address isn’t on the outside of the delivered package.
