Move over Hemsworth brothers, there's another A-list property mogul vying for the biggest mansion of them all.
Former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall, who together own the design and construction firm J-Group, are building a mega mansion in the exclusive suburb of Whale Beach, 40km north of Sydney's CBD.

But unlike the Hemsworth compound dubbed Hemsworth Hills located in Byron Bay, it's not for Hawkins and Wall to enjoy... the home, which has reportedly already sold for just under $30 million, is being built for a mystery client.

Brand new drone photography shows the enormous scale of the home being constructed on the site - dwarfing nearby dwellings and appearing more than three times the size of its nearest neighbours.
The 3200sqm site cascades down the mountainous landscape and enjoys lush greenery on each side, reminiscent of Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky's Byron pad.

The demolition of a 1950s home was completed last year to make way for the new dwelling. Plans for a three-story, five-bedroom pad complete with a gym, yoga room, theatre, four-car garage, half basketball court, sauna, and more have been approved by the local council.
Once completed, the home will enjoy spectacular views over the waters of Dolphin Point.

It's also got celebrity ties that go way back, the double block was once owned by the late iconic soprano singer Joan Sutherland.
Wall and Hawkins, who are doting parents to two children Frankie Violet and Hendrix, recently purchased a $6m property to be closer to their kids' grandparents in stunning Terrigal, NSW.
J Group shared renderings for the proposed building on their Instagram account back in February.
The longstanding couple, who have been married since 2013 and together for eight years before that, previously owned a property in Newport which they sold in 2020 for $24.5m to Mike Cannon Brookes.
