On three occasions, Olav Christopher Jenssen (b. 1954 on Sortland) visited Edvard Munch’s little house at Åsgårdstrand. His stay resulted in a series of nearly 50 drawings of small objects and belongings found in the house, such as a sugar bowl, door handle, oil lamp, light switch, key, etc. The Little House is a part of The Art Museum of Northern Norway’s celebration of the 150th anniversary of Edvard Munch.
