Aconitum napellus ssp vulgare albidum (autumn)

Description

The ice white flowers of this form of Monks Hood are slightly less sinister than the blue kind and are particularly useful for brightening a shady corner. The same height (5ft) and flowering time in June, it enjoys moist soil and partial shade.
