The Austin Powers 2 actress went on a steamy trip to Italy with her boyfriend, John de Neufville, 47.
Heather, 53, traveled to the Amalfi Coast, a region in Campania, Italy.
The Boogie Nights star took a sexy dip in the clear water.
She flaunted her incredibly fit figure as her entire frame became soaking wet.
Heather donned a teeny bikini set as she splashed around and pulled her hair back.

While on their Italian getaway, Heather and her man enjoyed their swim, romantic dinner, and the sights.
The actress added a bit of spice during her getaway with the snowboarder.
In August, the twosome were getting frisky on a rocky beach near the coast of Italy, on the peninsula's Amalfi Coast.
The pair was touchy-feely as they wrapped their arms and legs around each other.

In April, the On a Wing and a Prayer star opened up about her relationship with People.
The Twin Peaks alum seemed grateful to be dating someone outside of the Hollywood spotlight.
Heather confessed: "Of course, you want someone to understand your crazy schedule, which is different than a normal job, but I like dating someone who's not in the business."
She went on: "It puts it in perspective.
"Sometimes your job becomes so important to you, and then you realize there's so many other things in life that are happening. It's not all about the movie business."
John has watched her catalog of films for the first time.
Heather admitted: "Even the ones that I'm so embarrassed by!
"He always tells me I was great and that he is really impressed. It's sweet."
UPCOMING PROJECTS
Outside of her love life, Heather's new horror flick, Suitable Flesh, had its June premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York.
She also wrapped the production on her directorial debut, Chosen Family, co-starring Julia Stiles, Thomas Lennon, and Michael Gross.
Impressively, she starred, wrote, and directed the feature film.
