Maria Menounos is 'ready for kids'

Maria Menounos shows off her bikini bod the October issue of Shape magazine. She talks about the importance of exercise and a good night's sleep.

And the author, TV host and producer - who froze her eggs at age 33 - says she's ready to start a family.
"For years I was terrified of having kids. I was afraid I'd love them so much I'd stop working completely," she says in Shape.
That all changed, says Menounos, 36, after she went to a Tony Robbins seminar.
"It was an absolutely game-changing, life-altering experience. I had a profound hysterical crying moment where I realized I was going to miss out on this enormous amount of love, all because of fear. Now I'm finally ready to have children. How about that?"
