VoL Desk, Nov. 04: The Commissioner Secretary of Forest, Ecology, and Environment in the Union Territory of Ladakh has issued a public notice seeking suggestions for the designation of the State Flower for Ladakh.

The proposed species under consideration are Meconopsis aculeata and Dactylorhiza hatagirea. The public is encouraged to provide their suggestions within a 30-day period from the date of this notice.

Suggestions can be submitted via email to ccfladakh@amail.com or by post to the following address: Office of the Chief Conservator of Forests Department of Forests, Ecology, and Environment Badami Bagh, Skara Leh UT Ladakh 194101.
