Heather Graham is looking extra glam in a sequined mini dress.

Over the weekend, the 51-year-old actress bared her strong and toned legs in a bell-sleeved dress by Alice + Olivia at the premiere of her new film The Last Son. (So retro, yet so modern!) In the pics, Heather shared some selfies and behind-the-scenes snaps from when she was getting ready, plus a few red carpet shots that included a pic with her co-star Machine Gun Kelly.

"Going to the premiere for the #TheLastSon @machinegunkelly," she captioned the pics.

To stay so fit, Heather loves to practice yoga and Pilates. "I’m obsessed with yoga," she told Refinery 29. "For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day. And then I do Pilates. I also like going out dancing."

Exhibit A:

She also loves to get active outside, choosing to hike or go horseback riding whenever she's able. Exhibit B:

In 2013, she told Women's Health UK that she does yoga three times a week and spends 20 minutes every day doing transcendental meditation. And she doesn't skimp on sleep, either. In 2016, she told the Guardian, "I love sleeping," she said. "When I tell people how much I sleep sometimes, they are horrified. I basically sleep between nine and 12 hours a night."

When it comes to her diet, Heather tries to stay sugar-free. "I do eat sugar sometimes, but as a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better," she told Refinery 29. "And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour."

BRB. Booking a yoga retreat rn!
