Heather Graham just raised the bar for summer style, so prepare to pin a few of her most recent looks to your summer 2023 Pinterest board. The Austin Powers actress went on a trip to Greece with a friend, and she is definitely living it up on her European vacay.

Heather, 53, was vacationing with her friend and writer Liz Plank, and luckily for her followers, she shared a few of the fun moments on Instagram. In the pics, Heather rocked a red romper while enjoying an ice cream cone and showing off her super-toned legs and core. In another video, Heather kicks her strong legs up while she lounges on a boat in a floral bathing suit. She is summer goals, and I want an invite to the next trip abroad!

“When your bestie trip starts turning into a honeymoon 😆🇬🇷❤️🍦@feministabulous,” Heather captioned one batch of adorable photos. Obviously, they were quite popular with her followers, who filled her comments section with flame emojis and hearts. “My goodness, you’re Beautiful 🌹🌹” wrote one follower. Liz commented, “gonna tell my kids this was our honeymoon.”

She then posted another IG in two teeny bikinis, captioned, "Hot tomato girl summer." And once again, her impressively toned legs and abs were on full display.

Besides being the reigning queen of summer 2023, Heather is mega-strong these days, and she's truly glowing. Biking is a great low-impact cardio activity, per Healthline, and would definitely explain Heather’s strong, toned legs. She also shared with Refinery 29 back in 2013 that she’s a yogi, and she still keeps up with the practice today, per her Instagram. A decade of downward dog will definitely keep your muscles limber and your body strong.

"For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day. And then I do Pilates. I also like going out dancing,” she told the website.

Heather typically practices yoga three times a week and spends 20 minutes doing transcendental meditation, she told Women's Health UK in 2013. And she makes sure she is well-rested. "I love sleeping," she told the Guardian in 2016. “When I tell people how much I sleep sometimes, they are horrified. I basically sleep between nine and 12 hours a night.”

When it comes to her diet, Heather hasn’t shared too much on the topic in recent years. But she previously told Refinery 29 that she tries to avoid sugar and bread (except when she is enjoying ice cream on a glamorous European getaway, of course). "As a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better," she told the website. "And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour."
