This tutu skirt is a layered high low style tulle skirt made onto a sewn elastic waistband. This skirt is unlined, so a slip, shorts, or leggings may be worn underneath if desired. Headband can be added through the drop down menu. If headband is added, it will be made as shown in last photo.

For a perfect fit, please measure around the broadest part of your child’s waist. The length measurement I use for sizing is from the waist to feet. Please order according to your child's measurements in the drop down menu. If possible, please measure from waist to desired length and leave measurement in the notes to seller box when checking out. Waist size will stretch beyond measurement. If measurements are in between sizes, please message me for a custom size.
